CANCELLATION POLICY

Beginning September 1, 2026, we will implement a strict policy to protect our company's artists. Please read carefully before booking your appointment with us. 📍 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your service will be completed as scheduled. Your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will be non-refundable. A 100% cancellation fee will apply for any no-show or cancellation made within 8 hours of the scheduled appointment, under any circumstances. 📍 If you reschedule your appointment more than 3 times, your booking will be cancelled, and your deposit and cancellation fee will be non-refundable under any circumstances. ✍🏻 Membership Clients: If you are a no-show, arrive late (with no guarantee of receiving your service on time), or cancel within 12–24 hours of your scheduled appointment, one session will be deducted from your membership account.
